Birthday Girl

We celebrated my sister's birthday this past weekend as well. My sister is extremely busy and I'm so happy whenever she has the time to come home and visit. I made her favorite mac and cheese for dinner and this lemon poppy seed cake with fresh strawberry cream cheese glaze for dessert. We (and our bellies) were very happy by the end of the night :)

      Me neither! I read about it somewhere but there was no recipe. I jotted the flavor combination down and decided to wing it lol. It was good but can definitely be tweaked some more :)
