This is my recent happy purchase :) It's a Hello Kitty Compact Mirror with cute drawings of Paris all over it. Isn't it so sweet? I love all the little details like the Paris Metro sign, the bicycle with a basket full of baguettes, the Eiffel Tower, and of course the signature pink bow.
There's even a stack of macarons and part of the Notre Dame on the back! Seems like Hello Kitty is really loving Paris lately. It's perfect because I love both so much ♥

A Shopper's Dream
Would you expect anything less from a department store in Paris? Galeries Lafayette is so beautiful and grand. I'm having such a good time looking back at these photos from my trip to Paris a couple of years ago. To celebrate my first giveaway, I'll be posting Paris photos up until I announce the winner next week :) So please enter for a chance to win if you haven't done so already!

When Cats Fly
I've always been fascinated by graffiti and we saw many cool ones when we were in Paris. I happened to see two from the same artist while wandering around different parts of the city. This cat is so cute with his wide grin. I instantly feel carefree and happy when I look at him. I found out that he is known as Monsieur Chat or Mister Cat. Apparently he has made his way all around the world! (You can read more about it here.) Well Mr. Cat...I'll be keeping an eye out for you from now on :)

Bread Heaven

| How awesome would it be if we can get these personalized for each of our guests as "placecards" for a dinner party? :) |
David Lebovitz recently wrote a wonderful post about Poilâne and it made me reminisce about our little visit there last year. The bread at Poilâne is wonderful. I wish we had time to try the open-faced sandwiches at Cuisine de Bar; their cafe next door. I guess there's always a reason to go back to Paris ;) Btw, I love David's blog. He has awesome pictures, recipes, and humorous posts about living in Paris. Definitely a must read if you love food and Paris!
