What's even cooler is that they're on Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race this season (which premiered last night). I loved that show last season and I'm so excited to be rooting for Boston's own food truck this year! I hope they make it all the way :)

ReplyDeleteWhen I was on my way home today, I saw this truck for the first time outside Copley library :D I must admit, had I not read your post last night, I would've never tried it...and I don't even like cheese that much (weird, huh?) But you're right, the bread was perfectly crisp. I had the Mushroom Melt, and was surprised at how full I got from it. Even tho I'm not a cheese lover, I'm tempted to try out the rest, lol!
