Colorful Leaves

We haven't had the chance to go see the foliage this year. The weather is going to be beautiful this weekend so I hope we're not too late! Happy Friday everyone!

Btw, these photos were taken a few years ago just around James' neighborhood. The colors of the leaves are truly amazing. I love fall ♥

Past Peak

James and I finally had the time to drive up to Franconia Notch yesterday. We were a bit late for the best leaf-viewing but we still saw beautiful sights and had a great time during the long drive. Here are some of the pics from our little trip :)

James bought this super moist pumpkin whoopie pie for us to eat on the ride home. It was so good...not too sweet with the best pumpkin spice flavor. It was the perfect way to end our little fall outing.

Faux Fall

We finally went apple-picking this past Saturday! I love fall and was looking forward to the chilly weather and drinking a warm cup of apple cider. The only thing was that we had a heat wave and it was in the 80s! Definitely not what I was thinking of but we still had a great time. Here are some of my favorite pics :)

Autumn

I can't wait to see the foliage this year. All the colors are so beautiful.

Today is the first day of fall! Its been a little rainy here in Boston but I'm so excited! Fall is my favorite season (not just because of my birthday! hehe). The cooler weather is so refreshing. I love wearing sweaters and scarfs, having a hot drink, and snuggle in a warm blanket. Are you as excited for fall as I am? :)
