One of my favorite Japanese dish is agedashi tofu. These lightly fried tofu cubes are crispy on the outside and smooth and silky on the inside. They're often served in a hot soupy broth and garnished with spring onions and bonito flakes. I love the delicate flavors. It's the perfect dish for a cold day. My go-to place for agedashi tofu is at
Ginza in Brookline, MA . Their tofu (pictured) is always perfectly fried and served with the right amount of broth. It's so satisfying.
Hehe I like it gummy hehe! But I cant refuse any types of agadeshi to be honest. They are just that wonderful.:)
