Tofu Goodness

One of my favorite Japanese dish is agedashi tofu. These lightly fried tofu cubes are crispy on the outside and smooth and silky on the inside. They're often served in a hot soupy broth and garnished with spring onions and bonito flakes. I love the delicate flavors. It's the perfect dish for a cold day. My go-to place for agedashi tofu is at Ginza in Brookline, MA . Their tofu (pictured) is always perfectly fried and served with the right amount of broth. It's so satisfying.
